Homeland Analysis Group Background
This company was founded in 2005 by a group of individuals who believed there was a better, more honest, and more effective way to help our society maximize the use of available information for decision-making, operations, spending of government funds, preparedness, and personal security. Our founders and network of contributors bring an extensive array of experience and expertise in multiple areas of Homeland Security and Defense, Military and Competitive or Business Intelligence, Emergency Preparedness and Response, Operations Security, and Market Research. This is at the Federal, State, and local levels in both the Public and Private Sectors.


Keys to Our Success
The primary key to our success is that we hire very few employees. We operate based on a multitude of consulting agreements and partnerships in order to streamline costs. Our consultants understand that we're not paying them benefits and we're not paying overhead just to keep them around - we're paying for the information we need, when we need it. We don't hire dead weight and we don't hire poor performers. This directly benefits our customers.

In addition, our suppliers understand that by offering us discounts, we can bring more customers in and therefore we create win-win situations. The trade-off is volume for profit margin. Without having a "standing army", we cut overhead to a minimum and we also show our customers how they benefit more by getting their information on-demand than by hiring full-time analysts who may or may not get the information needed, but always cost the overhead.


Future Goals
We will continue to strive to make all important information available to our friends and clients and unavailable to our collective adversaries. We will fight to cut red tape and help force inevitable reforms of the Information Age, such as a decreasing reliance on Classified Intelligence and an increasing importance of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). We will efficiently offer services and products that are inefficiently provided today and we will strive to provide these at the lowest possible costs, either as a direct provider or a broker.
